Your Mission

Looking to make a real impact in the energy optimization industry and help clients across Central & Eastern Europe, with a focus on Poland, optimize and grow their assets? Join our Sales team and take the lead in ensuring our customers have a seamless, successful experience with PowerTrack from start to finish. Your mission is to provide exceptional support and guidance as they become fully-fledged PowerTrack users, with the ultimate goal of fostering long-term, mutually beneficial relationships through upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Your success is directly tied to the success of our customers - let's work together to make it happen!


What you will do:

  • Supporting Sales Team Lead in implementing effective sales strategies in Central & Eastern Europe (Poland)
  • Business Development efforts including market research, visiting new prospects & trade fairs
  • Build your Sales Track Record with industry leading solutions
  • Elaborate Business Cases for major energy stakeholders & consult customers with personalized sales approach
  • Grow alongside the positive trajectory in the renewable energy industry with a market leading AI based flagship platform

Who you are:

  • You have at least a bachelor’s degree in business/economics or a related field
  • You’ve worked 1-3 years in the startup field, ideally SaaS or B2B organizations
  • (You know the energy industry well and have worked with marketplace products before.)
  • You’re a great verbal and written communicator, in English & Polish – German knowledge is a plus
  • You want to hone your self-starter-, entrepreneurial and result oriented personality through guidance from experienced market veterans
  • Finally, you’re structured and know your way around customer development paths, as well as their journeys within the software industry
