The Role:
We are looking for an IT Admin Intern (or working student) to join our growing IT and Security team. As an IT Admin Intern you will support and work with different teams, including engineers, legal, HR and also our security team.
The Responsibilities:
- Onboarding new employees - You'll ensure new employees can work efficiently by carefully setting up their laptops and digital accounts and providing support
- Manage internal cloud services and technology tools
- Set up accounts (familiar with Google Workspace and Atlassian products)
- Be part of the helpdesk support efforts, making sure all problems related to desktop applications, services and equipment are resolved in a timely manner
- Maintain our internal wiki for IT documents and policies
The Profile:
- Familiarity with Windows and macOS (Knowledge of Linux is a big plus)
- Good communication skills (English)
- Strong IT affinity, high interest in technical solutions
- Problem solving and Do-It attitude
- Familiar with basic networking concepts (for example VPN, subnets, access points (AP) etc.)
Nice to Haves:
- Experience with MDM (Mobile Device Management) tools
- Previous experience as a System Admin, Network Admin, IT Helpdesk specialist, or similar roles would be a plus
- Experience working in startups
