It Business Analyst (M/F/D)

For our Data Intelligence & IT Business Solutions team we are looking for an IT Business Analyst(m/f/d) in full-time (39 h/week) to start immediately.

Your responsibilities

• Maintain and develop the company’s information technology products by gathering business requirements and translating them into detailed technical specification
• Facilitate coordination role between content wise experts/stakeholders and external IT service providers to achieve targeted and reasonable IT solutions in English language
• Configure, customize, and manage solutions on own behalf to fulfill business requirements based on functional specifications
• Configure, customize, and manage Microsoft Dynamics 365 based CRM and attached solutions
• Actively share your expertise and knowledge on processes and solutions with the entire IT team and provide a maximum in terms of confidentiality due to the access granted with the IT tasks

Your profile

• Degree in Information Systems or equivalent
• 2-3 years of working experience related to IT and analysing IT business requirements
• At least 2 years of experience in Dynamics CRM 365, JavaScript and Power Automate are major plus
• Proficient in English (C1 level)
• Excellent conceptual and analytical skills to challenge and add value to IT business development as well as abstraction capability
• Communicative and proactive character appreciating a strong team spirit as a natural component for success
