      Your field of responsibility

      The opportunity to join Global Wealth Management as Business Risk Manager for Investor Protection and Product Governance (IP&PG). You will support the team with your risks and controls understanding across the "Investor Protection value chain” of our local and global locations. It starts with impact assessments on new regulatory requirements and delivery of sophisticated regulatory motivated changes and initiatives, including new business initiatives to ensure their regulatory compliance. You are responsible for analysing the need and designing new effective IP&PG controls and Key Risk Indicators (KRI). Further, you will assess, maintain and improve current IP&PG control landscape and KRIs. You will collaborate and sound the solutions with your team colleagues and with stakeholders from Compliance, FLDS, business and Audit.

      Your skills and experience

      Represent the IP&PG in overarching bank initiatives and actively support group wide projects.

      • University degree or equivalent: further education e.g. Master’s degree, MBA, CFA, PMI
      • At least 2-4 years of relevant professional experience, ideally within the Private Banking and Wealth Management industry (Credit Suisse know how would be an advantage)
      • Experience in a regulatory environment in particular regarding MiFID II and FIDLEG
      • Excellent strategic and analytical thinking combined with result-orientation and pragmatic implementation capabilities
      • Experience in control design and/or definition of KRIs would be an asset
      • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills as well as the ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team
      • Proficiency in English is required, German would be a plus
