The Position

You are part of a high-performing, high-impact and international team that co-creates and implements the Roche Diagnostics strategy in order to realize our vision "innovating diagnostics, shaping healthcare, changing lives”. As an intern, you play a supporting role in maximizing the overall value delivery of the Diagnostics strategy and in unlocking the power of the organization for our customers and patients.

During Your Internship, You Will...

• Gain insights into various activities to successfully implement and further shape the Diagnostics Strategy

• Support the strategy team in the different strategic projects as well as in the "team life” (e.g. Offsite organization, team meetings)

• Collaborate and network with multiple stakeholders across the division

Who You Are

You are someone that is passionate about learning, discovering and taking on new challenges. At the Roche site in Basel-Stadt (main campus), we offer you a multicultural and dynamic workplace in a modern environment, which at the same time requires a flexible mindset. We are looking for a highly motivated student or recently graduated who likes to work independently and has a strong enthusiasm for holistic thinking, for strategy and for its implementation.

Experience, Skills, Knowledge:

You are an ambitious student currently enrolled in your Master study, or have recently graduated (within the last 12 months) from your Master , preferably in business administration, engineering or a related field

You have knowledge and/or experience in strategy or in corporate (e.g. former internships in consulting or corporate)

•You think in a pragmatic, structured way, enjoy solving complex problems, are proactive and work diligently

•You are fluent in English, another language is a plus

• You are proficient in working with Google suite and MS Office

Non-EU/EFTA students - due to legal regulations: You must enclose confirmation from the university with your application documents, that a compulsory internship is part of your education. You must also be enrolled for the entire duration of the internship.

The full-time internship will start in Q3 2024 - please clearly indicate your preferred starting date in your motivation letter. Applications must include a CV and motivation letter in one merged PDF document.
