Tasks
- Independently plan, manage, and execute process- and risk-oriented audits at all company´s locations
- Assess and analyze business processes for cost-effectiveness, efficiency, and internal control system functionality
- Ensure compliance with internal rules and legal requirements
- Perform data analysis to identify optimization opportunities
- Define measures for improvement and follow up on their implementation
- Prepare audit reports in both German and English
- Present audit results to management
- Collaborate on the development of internal auditing practices
- Contribute to the creation of new auditing methods and processes
Profile
- 2 years of experience in commercial or administrative roles
- Proficiency in internal process review and improvement, and understanding of control mechanisms
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google products, SAP (S4/HANA), and data analysis
- Fluency in German and English
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to simplify complex issues effectively
- Confident, assertive, curious, and perseverant
- Willingness to travel occasionally for business, both domestically and internationally
