Your Responsibilities
- Act as point of contact for employees' queries on all HR-related issues within the full employee life cycle
- In charge for preparation of HR documents across full employee life cycle including maintenance of personnel records and changes in all HR systems
- Manage the whole recruitment process for vacant positions including the evaluation of applicants in regards to professional and personal competency, coordination of interviews and providing hiring managers with competency based recommendation
- Support for preparation of payroll including pre- and post payroll activities e.g. clarification with finance, controlling and all relevant external authorities
- Support for all HR projects (e.g. retention management, working time system, safety at work, etc.)
Your Profile
- Vocational training with focus on Human Resource Management or related fields
- Bachelor’s degree in human resource management desirable
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in HR department
- Structured and organized way of working as well as good time management
- Service oriented with good communication skills
- Good English language skills (English is our company language.)
- Deep knowledge of Office 365 system (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)
