Ihre Aufgaben

• Support of employees and Japanese Expatriates in German and English language
• Conduction of recruitment activities
• Identification, coordination and organisation of internal and external training activities
• Preparation of payroll data and communication with external payroll provider
• Administration and maintenance of employee data bases and timekeeping systems
• Preparation of monthly reports
• Implementation of compliance requirements
• General office tasks such as invoice checks
• Coordination and implementation of requirements from the European headquarter in Belgium

Ihre Qualifikationen

• Bachelor degree or similar in economics, business administration or comparable education with main focus on HR
• Minimum 5 years of experience within HR, preferably as a HR Generalist or a similar position
• Very good skills in written and spoken English and German
• Good knowledge of German labour law
• Willing to work in an international environment
• Very good Excel skills, good knowledge in Microsoft Office
• High commitment, flexibility and motivated
