      Your field of responsibility

      Business Area Europe is responsible for 54 client domiciles across Europe, UK, Israel and Russia/CIS. Clear guidance to the front on which products can be sold to different client types in each domicile is vital for sales success.
      The Advisory Process guides our client facing employees and ensures quality of advice while at the same time integrating regulatory duties to protect investors (mainly MiFID, FIDLEG, AIFMD, PRIIPS, UK regulation).
      Your role is to represent BA Europe along the entire value chain from solution design, to roll-out and controls in the area of Product Applicability and Investor Protection:

      • you reflect the front view in working groups with central project teams and represent BA Europe in dedicated committees
      • you closely interact with our International Locations to ensure the designed solutions fulfil local requirements
      • you ensure successful communication to the front and sustainable implementation

      Your skills and experience

      We look for a passionate leader who is experienced in accomplishing challenging tasks and at the same time eager to learn and develop:

      • You are experienced in Line Management and/or Project Management
      • You have min. 5 years of experience in the financial industry, preferably in the area of front processes, products or regulatory
      • Product or investor protection knowledge is an advantage
      • You can quickly grasp new topics and are able to break down complexity which allows you to provide clear guidance to relationship managers and investment consultants
      • You are comfortable leading controversial discussions and bringing them to a constructive outcome
      • You thrive when dealing with various topics at the same time and meeting challenging deadlines
      • You empower your team members and continuously develop
      • You understand the value of diversity in the workplace and are dedicated to fostering an inclusive culture in all aspects of working life so that people from all backgrounds receive equal treatment, realize their full potential, and can bring their full, authentic selves to work
