As our Head of Marketing (all genders), you shape our organization's growth path to becoming Europe's leading logistics collaboration platform provider. You will position TradeLink as the clear category leader and develop efficient B2B lead acquisition channels. Tasks
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- You own marketing end-to-end at TL, including Product Marketing, Communication, Demand Generation, Events & Community, and Branding & Awareness
- You will lead and develop the industry's leading marketing team, today consisting of 5 people in Demand Generation and Product Marketing
- You will be the Chief Story Teller of TradeLink
- You develop simple and compelling narratives based on our point of view that inform our public appearances, press briefings, and thought leadership content
- You deliver superior thought leadership content and ghostwriting pieces by gaining deep customer and industry understanding very fast
- You win the press and key influencers' interest in the TradeLink story
- You develop scalable customer/lead acquisition channels together with your teams and in close collaboration with sales (events, webinars, organic, social, referral, etc.)
- You advance and fortify the TradeLink brand architecture (brand messaging, CI, logo, etc.)
- You have a proven track record of marketing leadership during the rapid build-up phase, ideally scaled marketing holistically from 2 to 15 FTE
- Your leadership personality is reflected by clear communication, reliable expectation management, and empathy to lead and develop professionals
- Your capabilities in building industry PR relationships and transitioning compelling stories to coverage distinguish you
- You have a soft spot for finding, building, and developing B2B lead generation channels
- You captivate as a strategic writer. You understand the architectures of greats stories, and you can produce and communicate compelling narratives strategically
- You love speed. You are inclined to rapid testing mode as well as articulating leading marketing KPIs to manage operations for success quickly
- You execute day-to-day challenges with a decisive hands-on mentality, a high degree of creativity, and outside-the-box thinking
- You are a designer by heart. Your eye for design stands out, and you can steer designers to success in alignment with the brand.

- You are fluent in German and English
