🚧 What you'll do
This is a truly unique opportunity: You will play an integral role in the strategic growth of one of the most exciting and fastest-growing start-ups of the global FinTech industry.
Your responsibilities consist of an exciting mix of strategic problem-solving on the one hand and hands-on execution to grow Mondu in our different geographies on the other. Hence, we are looking for exceptional talent, who can excel in strategic challenges, whilst thriving in hands-on business creation. ● Provide strategic and data-driven analyses of our commercial success as well as growth opportunities, such as new markets and other exciting expansion business models
● Develop and refine actionable go-to-market and sales strategies and detailed execution plans
● Drive and manage the successful execution of our commercial strategy and growth initiatives
● Generate deep dives into relevant market developments and industry trends to identify expansion opportunities and ideas for growth
● Provide scoping of technical requirements of new markets or business model expansion opportunities and work closely with our entire organization
● Ensure successful project-management across multiple functional owners
● Generally contribute to Mondu's growth with your ideas
Requirements
🏅What you need to succeed
● You have refined your analytic and strategic skill-set in 2-4 years of professional experience, ideally in a top-tier management consulting firm, high growth startup or banking/VC/PE firm
● You are motivated by impact and thrive in a results-focused, fast-paced environment with a great ability to take ownership and bias for action
● You stand out with your analytical mindset and commercial acumen while being a curious learner with an open mind to iterate and improve
● You are a concise and empathetic communicator able to distil insights into actionable recommendations, incl. high-quality decision documents
● You can manage complex projects with cross-functional stakeholders up to C-Level, adapting your communication to the respective audience
● You naturally question the status quo from first principles with the ability to think out of the box for solutions
● You are ambitious, curious and resilient with a can-do attitude, always with a suggestion for a solution (rather than dwelling on a problem)
● And - last but not least - you are kind, honest and generally have an open mind It would be a plus if you also:
● Interest and passion for the financial technology industry

At Mondu, we have the vision to disrupt and become the leader in B2B payments. We are building a Buy Now, Pay Later solution for B2B e-commerce businesses. Our business will address new customer needs in a vast new market segment. To do so, we will need to re-invent core parts of the payment experience to serve the needs of business customers. Moreover, we will need to listen closely to local customer needs and tailor our approach to the requirements of local customers in Europe.
