For a globally leader in technology within the software industry, we are currently seeking an adept and seasoned Growth Manager (m/f/d). In this pivotal role, you will spearhead initiatives aimed at propelling user engagement and product adoption across various platforms.

Your Responsibilities:

• Introducing users to experience the core value of the product and delivering measurable sustainable results across the company's clouds
• Collaborating with leadership to identify key growth drivers and establish success metrics
• Developing, executing, and testing growth experiments that significantly impact how users discover, activate, and engage with the company's products and services
• Reporting on performance and presenting your road map on a quarterly basis
• Driving teams to execute with precision, communicate effectively within the organisation, and with top executives
• Mastering usage analytics, deep cohort analysis, support data, and marketing data to refine the testing strategy
• Regularly identifying customer needs and requirements. Synthesising findings into tests
• Creating product experiences across all cloud surfaces that drive success for our business and individual customers

Your Profile:

• Relevant years of experience in product management and in growth, A/B testing, or experimentation - ideally in the creative sector
• You possess empathy and passion for customers, striving to enhance their work experience and facilitate success throughout their journey
• You have a keen intuition for business and the capacity to propel intricate projects forward with cross-functional teams
• You exhibit a highly analytical mindset, leveraging both quantitative and qualitative data to drive decision-making
• You possess the ability to optimise product experiences for user success in both short and long terms
• Demonstrated impact in initiating and executing initiatives (products, tests, etc.) to enhance revenue and elevate customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction
• Proven track record of collaborating with design teams to refine and craft product experiences that swiftly deliver user value
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills in German and English
