Our mission is to “make the healthcare experience more human”. Docplanner is a SaaS tool for doctors and clinics used to optimise their patient flow, reduce no-shows, and digitise their practices in order to be able to spend more time with the patient. Job Description


You will be joining a small group of lawyers as part of Docplanner’s Global Legal Team, supporting them in improving the way in which the Legal & Compliance function operates across the group.

In particular, your main tasks may include:

  • Improve internal processes and procedures, to help the Global Legal Team meet the needs of the Docplanner business functions in the most cost-effective and time-efficient way possible.
  • Implementation and Administration of contract and other existing document management processes.
  • Take the lead on the adoption of tech solutions to boost the Global Legal Teams efficiency, by scoping the relevant needs, identifying and implementing the best solutions or tools.
  • Project management of key tasks within the Global Legal Team and coordination of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support the collaboration with external suppliers; ensuring alignment with the approved budget.
  • Assist the Global Legal Team as well as Senior Management in administrative tasks, for example in M&A processes, fundraising efforts or strategic projects.
  • Help the Global Legal Team own and manage the company’s IP portfolio and identify upcoming risks and opportunities in the legal area.
  • Assist with document review exercises and drafting simple legal documents (primarily in English).

Qualifications


We want to meet you if you:

  • Have proven work experience in operations, project management, product development or administration, ideally in a legal department.
  • Speak English fluently (C1). You will be part of our global team and communicate (in written and spoken form) to stakeholders from all over the world. Additional European languages are a big plus.
  • Are a Tech-Savvy: not afraid of “getting your hands dirty” in understanding the intricacies of tech solutions and tools in order to maximise their usefulness and the team’s productivity.
  • Work detail-oriented, well-organised and you can make quick decisions with good business judgment.
  • Bring a Hands On attitude and the willingness to continuously learn and grow.
  • Can handle confidential information in an appropriate and professional manner.
  • Are a team player and have outstanding interpersonal skills.
