Financial viability drives the success of Project Eaden: The better our financial performance, the more value we can create, and the bigger is the positive impact we can have in the world. For that we need you as our Financial Controller to help us plan our future activities, and to get full transparency of our actual performance. The objective, quantitative fact base you create is the single point of truth and crucial input for our decision making in the team, accounting, and reporting to authorities.

Your accountabilities

• You develop and improve our financial models for business planning and forecasting.
• You support our decision-making with quantitative insights from financial and non-financial data sources. You identify dependencies and levers of positive change and growth.
  • You prepare our financial reporting and KPI reporting for our team, investors, as well as regulatory and fiscal authorities. You coordinate and oversee our collaboration with external tax and accounting firms.
    
• You regularly measure, benchmark and report our performance related to environment, society, and governance (ESG)

• You are a good fit if …

• have a passion for numbers, are hungry for mathematical truth, and can put numerical results in the context of reality
  
• intuitively check results and spreadsheets for consistency, probability, and accuracy
  
• think in logical chains and can explain complex interdependencies in an easily understandable way
  
• have 3+ years work experience in financial controlling or consulting and a degree in Business Administration, ideally with a finance spike
