Aufgabengebiet

• Assist Finance Director with periodic financial forecasting as and when required
• Control activities such as taxation, credit policies, costing and expense controls
• Ensure activities comply with legal, professional and ethical standards
• Liaison with the organization's internal & external auditors providing relevant supporting documentation as required
• Manage resource(s) effectively to control general accounting functions and processes are maintained appropriately
• Measure performance against budgets and prepare variation, control and statistical reports as required
• Prepare cash flow statements on a periodic basis for review by financial controller to ensure cash flow is kept under control
• Prepare monthly and annual reports in accordance with management and statutory requirements
• Prepare payment runs to ensure vendors are paid to payment terms
• Support the annual budgeting process as and when required to ensure timely submission
• Support the local management team with relevant financial assistance as and when required
• Prepare financial transaction in SAP
• Follow-up of HR tasks related to the payroll
• Support the Finance Director with relevant assistance and advice as required
• Support the International Finance team with monthly reporting tasks

Anforderungsprofil

• Degree in Business Accounting/Finance
  
  • Globally recognized accountancy qualification
• Bank Reconciliation and Foreign Currency transactions
  
  • Financial Reporting including statutory and audit reporting
  • High level of computer skills - Accounting systems, Microsoft Suite - Advanced Excel experience essential
  • Minimum of two years' post qualification experience
  • Payroll/salary administration
