As a Finance Accounting Transformation PMO (f/m/x) you will be part of a team of 14 people with diverse backgrounds. What makes our team unique is our approach to change. The goal of the position is to help develop the foundation of Accounts Receivable and drive exciting projects, such as implementing an Internal Control System and preparing for Accounting 4.0. What you will do:
Responsibility for the current financial accounting in the area of accounts receivable
Checking the quality and speed of the monthly financial statements
Creation of and support in the automation of various reports and evaluations
Support in the execution of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
Participation in process documentation and optimisation
Technical communication with internal departments, external service providers and sparring partners for the team
Responsibility for the definition and further development of core processes in the department
What we are looking for:
Sound knowledge in dealing with marketplaces and payment service providers
Technical affinity and good knowledge in the use of ERP systems
Very good understanding of data and end-to-end processes
Professional experience from the e-commerce environment or similar dynamic market environments is an advantage
Ideally, professional experience in accounts receivable as well as educational background in finance or accounting
Experience with SAP is an advantage, but not a must
Reliable, systematic and careful way of working
Fluency in German and advanced English skills
