Executive Assistant (M/F/D) Hr Projects

We're looking for a motivated and driven Executive Assistant (m/f/d) HR Projects who will help us shape our team, drive the company to the next level, and have the most direct influence on our success.

Your Tasks – Paint the world green

Assistance to VP People:

• Provide support to the VP People & Organization (managing appointments, preparing correspondence, arranging travel plans)
• Be reliable when it comes to preparing internal and external communication in regards of agenda, content, and material (presentations slides, e-mails and reports)
• Actively participate in projects of the VP People & Organization by coordinating involved stakeholders, keeping deadlines and bringing everyone up to date with the current status

HR Communications:

• Gate-keeper for all communications going out from the people team
• Drive people strategy across all internal channels by communicating updates and launches of our people products to engage our employees
• Create compelling content with reach to all global employees, ensuring that information is relevant and easy to find e.g. new-joiner communications

Project Management:

• Own content & communication plan of HR projects/roll-outs
• Encourage synergies between the projects of our HR Expert teams through installation of internal project rhythms/touch-points
• Gain insight into business needs and people team capacity to advise on priority of HR projects

Your Profile – Ready to hop on board

• You obtained a degree in Business Administration, Communication Management or similar
• You have an interest in HR topics with few years of relevant working experience in an Assistant position or similar, preferable experience in strategy consultancies sphere
• You have an authentic and mission-driven personality combined with a self-confident manner
• You bring strong communication and organization skills to the table that you pair with a keen perception as well as willingness to shape ideas and projects
• You possess very good skills working with Microsoft Office applications, especially with PowerPoint
• Fluent in English, German is a plus as well as other languages are an advantage
