As a team, we develop and validate optical measurement systems. The activity ranges from modeling and simulation to laboratory testing. At the moment, our focus is on the development of near-infrared spectroscopy modules for consumer applications. This means for example the installation in a smartphone or wearable.
- You develop miniaturized near-infrared spectroscopy solutions for the consumer sector.
- As part of the project work, you coordinate development tasks and communicate with internal as well as external development partners.
- With your experience in optical and optoelectronic systems, you make a fundamental technical contribution to the development, testing and optimization of optoelectronic measurement systems.
- You analyze and evaluate measurement data and communicated acquired results in the team as well as with stakeholders.
- science or engineering degree or PhD with a focus on optoelectronics, photonics or similar
- professional experience in the development or project management of optical or optoelectronic components and systems
- very good communication and coordination skills in German and English, enthusiasm and comprehensive quality awareness
- excellent data analysis and evaluation skills using Matlab or Python
