- Manage activities inside the pharmacovigilance and drug Safety team
- Budget and administrative management of global drug safety and pharmacovigilance department
- Assist with implementation of reconcilations and follow ups with internal and external partners
- Database maintenance and contract management
- Organization and coordination of internal meetings (expert meetings, boards, clinical safety meetings)
- Pharmacovigilance vendor management
- Assist Quality and compliance teams with preparation and review of PV-KPIs
- Overview and support of pharmacovigilance QMS and SOP administration
- Participate in projects in different GxP fields
- Higher educational degree in life sciences or comparable
- Strong administration capabilities
- Former experience in the pharmaceutical industries (involving medical, clinical, regulatory or drug safety)
- Budgeting management experience (P&L)
- First project management experience would be a plus
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in English both written and verbal
