Director* Investor Relations
As a Director* Investor Relations (IR) you will support the communication activities with our investors and analysts, manage the preparation of quarterly and annual reports, CSR messagin and all IR communication materials.
Your main responsibilities are:

- Lead and manage preparations for for quarterly and annual reporting
- Lead preparations for IR events such as Capital Markets Day
- Support preparations for AGM
- Develop and execute IR communications including medical and scientific messaging, create IR communications materials including investors slide decks, white papers as well as scientific IR messaging and Q&A documents
- Support management in their interactions with analysts and investors
What you have to offer.
- Scientific or medical degree with minimum 5 years of professional experience in IR communication in Biotech or Pharma
- Extraordinary project managment skills
- Experience in collecting, understanding and analyzing all kind of medical and scientific information
- Ability to work in dynamic, fast-paced team environment; flexible, responsive and self-starter with the ability to act independently as well as collaboratively across the business
- Native speaker or very good English (both spoken and written); German skills not required but a plus
