Gehalt In your new role you will:
- Take the responsibility for managing the central data governance office
- Develop data governance and define data governance vision and mission
- Determine, establish and maintain rules , standards and operational processes
- Collaborate and cooperate with the Data Governance Board to define organization-wide cross-domain data governance, data quality, and data protection standards and processes and prepare recommendations for Digital Council
- Drive adoption of data governance , defining and communicating governance guiding principles
- Coordinate with data owners and data stewards on data governance within domain (central contact person for the functional data owners)
- Prepare and own data governance topics on management-level decision rounds
You have the ability to solve problems and manage simultaneously and concurrently multiple layers of complexity - including large and complex programs as well as operational projects. Shifting or competing priorities effortlessly whilst working independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment, is easy for you. In addition, you demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills and ability to structure, scope and manage a project through to completion. Your effective communication skills allow to gain executive-level buy-in and understanding of digital concepts, tools, and connection to overall financial targets and strategy.

- A degree in Business Administration , (Business) Informatics , Industrial Engineering or something related
- At least 7 years of professional working experience in business leadership in technology sector; thereof at least 5 years in data-related coordination roles and at least 5 years in a senior management / executive role
- Project management leadership skills as well as leadership capabilities from enterprise-setting
- Ability for cross-functional coordination of business, IT, and other management-level stakeholders
- Solid experience in data governance , data management and data quality management
- Possess very good analytical thinking , quick comprehension as well as solution-oriented and structured way of working
- Basic technical understanding of data-related fields, such as data governance , data management , data architecture and data analytics
- Excellent communication skills in English , German would be a plus
