- As our (Junior) Customer Success Manager (all genders) you will be at the heart of TradeLink. Your goal is to manage a diverse set of customers to take their logistic processes to the next level - logistics collaboration. The prevailing business priority is the customers’ successful adoption and productive use of our solution. By joining TradeLink in its current fast-growing phase, you will have the unique opportunity to actively shape the future of logistics. You act as a strategic advisor to our customers by understanding their business objectives to demonstrate early value creation and help them achieve the impact they desire
- You build and maintain trusting relationships with each new customer, develop project champions, and identify key stakeholders
- You ensure TradeLink is adopted across the organisation and enable digital transformation by applying comprehensive change management principles
- You take ownership of your customers’ roll-out processes along all steps of our customers' journey
- You identify, comprehend, and clearly articulate user requirements to enable customer-focused product development
- You identify, evaluate and confirm opportunities within your customer base to further grow our network
- You have successfully completed your studies in business administration, economics, or any comparable subject – first experience in the logistic industry is a plus
- You are business fluent in German and English (C1). Any additional European language is a plus
- You have first client-facing experience in fast-paced environments (e.g. high-growth start-ups, logistics, consulting etc.)
- You have strong communication skills and can present complex issues in a structured way
- You like to solve problems in a creative, yet effective way
- You are a strong team player with a hands-on mentality
- You have distinct analytical skills and are highly self-organized with the ability to prioritize
- You work in a focused and structured manner
