To expand our team for the technical support and on-site repairs, we are now looking for a highly motivated "Customer service technician (m/f/d)" Located either in Krefeld or Löbau, Germany or Cadelbosoco di Sopra, Italy.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Prepare, execute and follow-up of on-site repairs and service tasks on our access platforms
- Diagnose, adjust, repair or overhaul hydraulic and electrical systems
- Perform repairs, recalls and parameterization tasks
- Participate in cross-department meetings
- Perform 2nd-Level Support via phone hotline
- Frequent contact with internal departments (QM, R&D, Operations, Procurement)
- Execution of failure and weak point analysis and implication of market topics in the complaint handling
- Support warranty processing
QUALIFICATIONS
- Successfully completed education, e.g. mechatronics engineers, electrician, electronic technician or similar
- Experience in service engineering, national and/or abroad
- Experience in maintenance, servicing and repair of machinery
- Sound knowledge in electrics and hydraulics
- Customer-oriented mentality and communication skills
- High self-reliance and good self-organization
- Willingness to travel globally (30 – 40 %)
- Must speak English and German or Italian
- Knowledge about the access platforms market, e.g. window cleaning, green services, wind energy and rental are and advantage
