Job description
Tasks
Ensuring the processing of all customer orders and deliveries incl. AOG (Aircraft On Ground) according to the deadline and quality specifications
Transmission of demand forecasts, e.g. demand plans and forecast analyses
Monitoring, placement and tracking of purchase orders
Provide daily oversight and monitoring of the supply chain and work closely with repair shops
Proactive notification of customer on the progress of orders
Analysis of late deliveries as well as management of recovery plans
Contribute to improvement projects, including digitization processes and future ways of working
Requirements
Successfully completed studies in the fields of industrial engineering, supply chain / logistics or economics
Professional experience in the aerospace and supply chain industry
Knowledge in project management
Experience in customer service / relationship, aerospace, international experience and Airbus experience an advantage
User knowledge of Google Workspace and SAP an advantage
Proficiency in English required, German language skills an advantage
Present work permit for the EU
Communicative team player with an independent, structured and result-oriented way of working as well as a high degree of persuasiveness and assertiveness
