CRM Manager (m/f/d) Microsoft Dynamics
We are now looking for a CRM Manager (m/f/d) Microsoft Dynamics to join our Cologne office responsible for the global management and execution of CRM in Microsoft Dynamics projects within the organization.
This will be a hands-on role and the person will hold responsibility for monitoring and ensuring data quality as well as analyzing and resolving CRM issues. The role be the conduit between the Marketing team and other key stakeholders around the business for global development and project related activities.

- Reporting to the Head of Digital and Data, this role will work closely with the CRM Associate, supporting all CRM users worldwide and key business stakeholders to use CRM efficiently
- Taking a lead role in the adoption and increased usage of Microsoft Dynamics
- Understand the CRM system technically and be able to act as an advisor on maximizing its business benefits.
- Manage special integration projects with third party systems
- Implement and maintain marketing analytics dashboards plus on-going activity reporting and Initiate data quality check
- Create playbooks and documentation for CRM best practices as well as create and build reports that provide regular management information and insights on CRM data
- Strong experience leading large multi-phase CRM solution implementations and familiar working in complex IT environments (Microsoft Dynamics)
- Experience working with CRM and Email marketing systems - preferably Microsoft Dynamics and Click Dimensions.
- You have excellent consulting skills and the ability to understand the business needs and see the bigger picture
- Excellent communication skills - ability to engage with and advise CRM users of all levels and functions within the business, building trust and long-term relationships
- You are fluent in English (written and spoken)
