- As Director Creative Concept Art, you will be the go-to person for your team in creative, operational and organizational matters
- You develop groundbreaking 360° campaign concepts, look & feel, imagery and campaign mechanics and supervise their implementation as well as post-production (shootings, film & digital) in dialogue with external partners
- You are responsible for the conception and creation of CI guidelines
- You advise and manage the client in creative matters and spar the strategy and consulting team on an eye level
- You identify customer-specific development potentials
- You have several years of relevant professional experience as a Creative Director
- You lead your team in a cooperative and motivating way and act as a role model
- You think strategically and conceptually and have a structured way of working
- You are passionate about automotive and trends in photography, design, technology or pop culture
- Extensive production experience in shoot, film and digital as well as skills such as film editing, motion design, 3D design characterize you
- You have a flair for extraordinary ideas, brands, products and target groups
- You have a broad network to key players in the areas of production, directing, photography and post-production
- Fluent written and spoken German and English are essential for our daily business
