As a Client Communication Manager specializing in Data and Analytics, you will be responsible for effectively communicating complex technical information to clients in a clear and concise manner. You will serve as a bridge between our data and analytics team and our clients, ensuring that communication channels remain open and that client needs and expectations are met. This role requires a deep understanding of data and analytics concepts, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate technical jargon into layman's terms.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for Client Communication regarding data and analytics projects. This includes answering queries, providing project updates, and addressing any concerns or issues that arise.
2. Technical Translation: Translate complex data and analytics concepts into clear and understandable language for clients with varying levels of technical expertise. This includes creating presentations, reports, and other communication materials tailored to the audience.
3. Requirement Gathering: Work closely with clients to understand their data and analytics needs, gathering requirements and ensuring that project goals are aligned with client expectations.
4. Project Management Support: Assist in project management activities, including coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of data and analytics solutions, managing project timelines, and tracking progress.
5. Training and Education: Provide training and educational sessions to clients to help them understand the data and analytics solutions implemented, including best practices for data interpretation and utilization.
6. Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from clients regarding their experience with data and analytics solutions, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
7. Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of Client Communications, project requirements, and any changes or updates throughout the project lifecycle.
Your Profile
1. Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably (but not required) in a data or analytics environment.
2. Medium to Strong- understanding of data and analytics concepts, including data modeling, data visualization and statistical analysis.
3. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
4. Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
5. Attention to detail and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Business Management or other related management courses
