Tasks:

  • Production of Nanotube NT emitter.
  • Characterization, surface morphology and thickness of Nanotube (NT) emitter.
  • Test the field emission of cathodes (current vs voltage, emission stability, etc.).
  • Structured, disciplined and precise way of working in the implementation of highly sensitive laboratory processs
  • Work in collaboration with CAD department for conceptualization of new tool design ideas based on proven inadequacy of existing designs. Provide necessary cross-functionality and take in account risk mitigation.
  • Actively contribute with CAD department to implement appropriate design improvements in the cathode parts needed for emitter manufacture.
  • Actively contribute with troubleshooting and root cause analysis to ensure any issues or problems that may arise during production are repaired efficiently to meet the deadlines.
  • Apply engineering knowledge and principles to develop the best practices, routines, and innovative solutions to improve production yield and quality of output.
  • Drive manufacture process improvements through test, design of experiments, data analysis and design enhancements.
  • Preparation of working instructions, inspection reports and internal test documentation.
  • Examine data and create reports, such as root cause analysis, field emission testing and design change recommendation.
  • Develop and maintain documentation required for yearly internal and external QM audits.
  • Responsible of the supplier relationship management. Be the contact person for our suppliers in all technical matters.

Your profile:

  • Masters' Degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Medizintechnik & Engineering, or Science-related field
  • Complex concept comprehension: X-ray principles, electrical principles and mechanical design.
  • Analytical, mechanical, communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Technological savviness, chemical laboratory and cleanroom skills.
  • Supplier relationship skills, quality assurance and soft skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail, fine manual dexterity and independent working style.
  • Business fluent English.
  • Good understanding of manufacturing processes, work systems and analysis methods
