PostDoc in the Field of Bioanalytics for Gene Therapy and Protein Therapeutics (m/f/d)
- Develop bioanalytical PCR assays and/or ligand binding assays to support projects in preclinical and clinical development to allow pharmacokinetic and immunogenicity assessment
- Compare and optimize different analytical approaches for nucleic acid analysis and identify suitable bioanalytical strategies for complex modalities
- Implement new technologies and facilitate use of automated lab solutions
- Efficiently plan and organize bioanalytical tasks to assure timely delivery of high-quality data
- Present results in project teams and scientific focus groups
WAS SIE MITBRINGEN
- PhD in the field of drug analytical chemistry, biochemistry, biology or comparable
- Experience in the field of nucleic acid analysis e.g. dd PCR incl. primer design, hybridization ELISA and complex ligand binding assays and their application in a project context
- Eagerness to establish and optimize new analytical technologies
- Ability to assess results of own scientific area in the project and portfolio context and to communicate these results to non-experts in this field (both internally and externally)
- High ability to solve problems and to structure and simplify complex tasks
- Fluent in English, written and spoken and advanced knowledge in German
This is a fixed-term PostDoc contract for 2 years.
