Your Responsibilities
- You will help our E.ON regions in succeeding their Digital Transformation
- Knowledge Sharing is key: You provide expertise on digital tools, platform development, project structure and governance and ensure these are available for all regions
- You drive the implementation and work in various project roles and areas of the roll-out projects (e.g.: demand management, project management office, development streams) – dependent on your individual skills
- To prepare and drive forward mutual decisions on priorities and budget allocation with the regions and central Digital Technology planning functions will also be part of your work
- You understand and reflect the individual local needs and derive actionable KPIs to measure the success of the digital transformation
- To push steady local Digital Technology quality improvements is self-evident for you
Your Qualification
- Studies of Economics/Business/Informatics or equivalent degree and significant years (>2) of relevant experience
- Knowledge about tools and concepts of project management as well as experience in digital change management initiatives
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build networks, both within the company and externally
- Personal strengths are reflected in a strong ability to think ahead and a distinctive capability to understand complex situations and develop solutions
- Comprehensive understanding of E.ON's corporate strategy and the operational needs to bring it to live
- Understanding of energy sales business desirable
- Willingness to travel
- Excellent command of English and preferably another relevant language
