Automotive Network Test Engineer (M/F/D)

Your tasks:

• Creation and maintenance of automotive Test specification based on vehicle function requirements; Organization and execution of technical reviews for test specifications
• Configuration and Setup of test environment for component and System tests; Implementation and execution of automated tests on test benches (Robot Framework, iTB, etc.)
• Test execution on the HiL including test evaluation (e.g. dSPACE environment, Vector tools, CAPL, Python etc.); Error analysis, creation and tracking of entries in the error database (JIRA, RTC, etc.)
• Evaluation and test documentation incl. measurement data
• Development of residual bus simulations and gateways (Vector tools)
• Development and presentation of solution approaches in close cooperation with the developers
• Test executions on test vehicles as part of test drives

Your profile:

• Graduated in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or equivalent study; 10+ years Professional experience working with Software or System Testing of Automotive networking technology
• Familiar with Automotive networking physical layer, communication Layer, Diagnosis; Extensive experience in on-board communication technologies: CAN, CAN-FD, Flexray, LIN and Automotive Ethernet is mandatory
• Experience with Vector and dSPACE tools or similar
• ISTQB Certified Tester preferable
• Good knowledge of off-board communication technologies (Wi-Fi, 4G/5G, pWLAN, UWB) would be considered as a plus
• Experience in ECU testing and test management
• Language skills (English: business fluent, German: most welcome)
