AdresseYOUR TASKS:
- Link between tour guides & operators and our internal departments (e.g. shop, restaurant etc.)
- Collaboration with international sales in order to research and create content for relevant communication channels
- Support for the business unit in close cooperation with the marketing department
- Progressive communication with tour guides and their customers
- Provide after sales service
- Observe and analyse travel routes & trends of our customers
OUR REQUIREMENTS:
- Completed vocational training in retail, sales etc., or a Bachelor degree in the area of sales, marketing, or communication
- Well spoken Thai and English skills. Chinese and German is a plus
- Very good MS Office skills
- Social media expert
- Confident appearance, independent and well structured working style
- Multicultural understanding, flexibility, team spirit and communication skills
