Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze how a new feature/implementation in the app ties in with market needs and consumer preferences.
- Create and evaluate sketches, wireframes and written documentation, and organize them into feature and product specifications that are easy and enjoyable to use for other designers, engineers, documentation writers.
- Break any design problem down into viable actionable steps and solve them with clarity and precision.
- Set product requirements for App Developers.
- Develop intuitive, usable, and engaging interactions and visual designs for the System Akvile app.
- Participate in the development process from definition, through design, build, test, release, and maintenance.
- Analyze competitors’ apps.
- Stay abreast of UX/UI trends and look for creative ideas and inspiration in parallel analogous worlds.
- Be aware of the latest standards, changes, and trends in the app design field.
- Gather and analyze feedback from app users.
Qualifications / Skills:
- At least 1 year of relevant App Product Designer or UX/UI experience.
- Experience with Adobe XD, Photoshop, Adobe Animation, Figma, Lottie, Miro, and ClickUp.
- Ability and passion to understand distinct user groups quickly and iterate solutions to their needs.
- Strategic thinking and leadership.
- Deep understanding of Apple and Android interface design guidelines.
- Good understanding of color science and combinations.
Strong attention to detail, and great organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
- A team player who can easily adapt in a rapidly changing startup environment.
- English is at a minimum B2 level.
- Experience in wellness and health tech products is an advantage.
