Are you interested in the international mobility solutions of tomorrow and do you want to become the central point of contact for IT user questions in the area of International Franchise? We are looking for a convincing and competent Agent IT Helpdesk International Franchise (m/f/d) at SIXT to strengthen our team in Lisbon. The IT & Projects Team International Franchise supports globally operating franchisees of the SIXT organisation and takes on numerous tasks in the Sixt system environment: In this job, you will work closely with our IT project managers and the Operations Management of the Franchise International division. You are the first point of contact for user questions from our International Franchisees and ensure the daily functioning of our rental software. Whether you already have professional experience in the field of mobility or not: if you have a high affinity for technology and feel comfortable in first level support and troubleshooting, then apply and start in the International Franchise area as an Agent IT Helpdesk International Franchise (m/f/d) at SIXT.

DO WHAT YOU LOVE:

- You are the direct contact person for our international and globally operating franchisees and always answer incoming enquiries (regarding various software applications) professionally and politely!

- Together with the colleagues of the helpdesk team, you form the interface between our franchisees and our IT department in order to ensure a system-compliant use of our Sixt rental software!

- You are responsible for a wide range of requests from our franchise partners, such as vehicle or user setup, change requests, error analyses and much more!

- You work with external and internal stakeholders!

- You analyse and optimise processes!

COME AS YOU ARE:

- You enjoy working with International partners, have a very good reading comprehension and strong communication skills!

- You have experience in the helpdesk or customer service area as well as in relevant IT applications (MS Office, etc.)!

- IT topics suit you!

- You have a good command of written and spoken English!
