Our client is a digital agency with several offices throughout Europe. They offer web design, social media marketing, and digital strategy solutions for clients ranging from small firms to large businesses in the fields of health care and nonprofit, among others. For the office administration for their Berlin based team we are looking for a talented personality (all genders)

Major Responsibilities/Activities
_ Front desk professional / greet staff and visitors
_ Help onboarding new staff
_ Telephone coverage, answer phones, take accurate messages, know team’s whereabouts at all times, handle urgent calls with appropriate judgment; back-up other lines, as needed in professional manner.
_ Maintain filing system, correspondence, documents and files for team
_ Send and retrieve digital and inbound faxes
_ Open and distribute mail, sort and prioritize
_ Maintain stationary, snacks, drinks
_ Supervise 3rd party service providers, negotiate contracts where necessary
_ Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documents

Do you have what it takes?
_ Excellent communication, writing, judgment, and problem-solving skills
_ Strong attention to detail as well as solid organization/time management skills
_ Must be an enthusiastic, positive team player who is willing to help out and who works well with colleagues
_ Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Outlook for email, calendar and contacts
_ Fluent in English and German
