Your Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for new enterprise customer acquisition, up to contract conclusion with the help of the world’s leading contact database
- You are responsible for the Expansion of cooperation with existing customers (upselling and renewal)
- You communicate the benefits of our Automation solution to prospects and customers – focus on North America
- You work closely with our colleagues in the Customer Success team to provide optimal service to our customers
Your Qualification
- You have technical or commercial studies or a comparable training
- You gained several years of professional experience in IT sales with customers from the larger mid-market/enterprise environment
- You show good knowledge of the IT environment with a focus on IT infrastructures and IT operations
- You score excellent written and spoken German and English skills - native speaker preferred
- You distinguish yourself by a customer and service-oriented way of thinking and distinct negotiation skills
- You have excellent teamwork and communication skills as well as presentation and enthusiasm skills
- You convince with a high degree of willingness to learn and self-motivation
- You have a structured and independent way of working
